SINTUR Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Szadowo Pańskie, Turek commune, is looking for a person for the position:

DEPUTY CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining full accounting records of the company,
  • Booking documents and verifying the correctness of ledger entries,
  • Preparing financial statements and internal management reporting,
  • Preparing tax returns (CIT, VAT, JPK),
  • Controlling accounts receivable/payable and supporting liquidity management,
  • Cooperating with the sales, purchasing, and production departments,
  • Preparing analyses and financial reports for the Management Board,
  • Identifying improvements within accounting and financial processes,
  • Financial control and asset management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting,
  • Very good knowledge of tax regulations and statutory accounting,
  • Experience in independently maintaining books of accounts and supervision,
  • Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems, e.g., Impuls EVO,
  • Independence, reliability, and good work organization,
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data,
  • Experience within a manufacturing company.

PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing sales, market, and product data, and formulating specific conclusions and recommendations,
  • Introducing new products to the market in alignment with customer requirements,
  • Managing the full product life cycle – from market and competitor analysis, through implementation and development, to decisions regarding modifications or phase-out,
  • Cooperating closely with the technical, accounting, and production departments,
  • Co-creating product materials and sales arguments,
  • Building and developing product databases and technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: minimum 2–3 years in management and sales of technical products,
  • Knowledge of the refrigeration industry is welcome,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel, allowing for independent preparation of product summaries and analyses,
  • Ability to cooperate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers,
  • Knowledge of English: fluency in business communication, working with documentation, and international contractors – OBLIGATORY CONDITION,
  • Active category B driver's license.
