All activities of "SINTUR" sp.z o.o. are oriented on the quality of our products and services that meet the expectations of our customers while ensuring full compliance with environmental protection regulations and guaranteeing occupational safety.

All activities are carried out as part of the functioning Integrated Management System, which consists of:

• Quality management system in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015-10 standard
• Environmental management system in accordance with PN-EN ISO 14001: 2015-09
• OHS management system in accordance with PN-N-18001: 2004

In order to meet the requirements and expectations of our clients, "SINTUR" implements pro-quality activities including:

• continuous improvement of processes and the level of services, with particular attention to work safety and environmental protection, technical and technological innovation, and quality assurance of manufactured products,
• modernization of technological equipment ensuring a high technical and quality level of manufactured products,
• constant improvement of qualifications by all employees of the Company,
• modernizing and improving research methods to properly control technological processes,
• establishing and improving cooperation with suppliers and customers,
• conducting product tests to meet the requirements, norms and legal provisions,
• continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

The implementation of technological processes in the company production is associated with the formation of waste, emissions of pollutants into the air, sewage disposal, as well as the occurrence of hazards at workplaces. Hence, the pro-ecological activities of "SINTUR" are directed primarily at:

• compliance with obligations of all applicable legal requirements in this respect, including contractual ones, which relate to our company's environmental aspects,
• segregation of waste generated to ensure its recovery or safe disposal,
• reducing and preventing emissions of pollutants into the environment,
• controlling the rational consumption of utilities (water, electricity, fuels),
• monitoring and preventing exceeding of permissible pollution indicators (emissions, sewage),
• continuous raising of employees' awareness of environmental issues,
• continuous striving to improve the environmental management system to improve the environmental effects of operations,
• quickly and reliably informing interested parties about the Company's impact on the environment.

The company's operation is also focused on continuous improvement of occupational health and safety, and in particular on:

• prevention of accidents at work, occupational diseases. and potentially accidental events,
• meeting the requirements of the legal provisions regarding health and safety, as well as other organization requirements in this respect
• continuous improvement of occupational health and safety activities,
  elimination of accidents at work,
• ensuring work safety of employees
• raising employees' qualifications through training and participation in OSH activities,

The management of the Company declares the use of appropriate methods and work organization as well as the provision of resources and funds for the effective implementation of this Policy and further improvement of the Management System. The policy is available to everyone interested by publishing it in designated places on the Company's premises and placing it on the website www.sintur.com.pl.
